CBD Series: Bioscience at a Crossroads
The Secretariat of the CBD has developed the series ‘Bioscience at a Crossroads: Implementing the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit Sharing in a Time of Scientific, Technological and Industry Change’. The series reviews recent changes in scientific, technological and business realities and makes recommendations for governments seeking to regulate bioprospecting or biodiscovery and implement the Nagoya Protocol.
