Complaints, appeals or suggestions for improvement

If you are unsatisfied about our services or have any questions regarding the evaluation of your performance in a proficiency test, kindly contact us at wepalquasimeme@wur.nl. Normally within five working days a confirmation of receipt is sent, including a statement on the admissibility of the complaint. If the complaint/appeal is found to be justified, it will be handled according to our internal procedure, including a root cause analysis. The complaint/appeal will be handled with full confidentiality. Client will be informed about how the complaint was solved and which action will be taken to prevent that the problem again occurs.
